Alpine Linux VM Temporal Server Install Guide

This is a quick guide in PDF format that shows how to install an Alpine Linux (https://alpinelinux.org) as virtual machine in VirtualBox to run the Temporal Server (https://temporal.io), making it also accessible from your “host” machine/OS (e.g. Windows). The document guides you through 6 simple steps (the last step is even optional) and the overall procedure should take around 15 to 25 minutes.

Note: this is also my first document written using AsciiDoc (https://asciidoc.org).
